Sometimes a company already has an open role. Sometimes the need becomes clear during a discussion about their team or growth plans.

Recruiting works through successful placements.

As a Talent Partner you help companies find the right candidates for open roles.
When a placement is successful, a recruiting fee is paid by the company.

Our Talent Partners participate in that success and receive a high commission from the placement fee.

This means the opportunity is performance based, not a fixed salary role.

Some placements happen quickly. Others take time depending on the industry, hiring process and relationships built.

To support our Talent Partners, we invest in onboarding, systems, outreach infrastructure and operational support from the beginning.

To make sure we work with people who are serious about building this long term,

the model includes a small monthly commitment fee.

Once a Talent Partner makes a successful placement, the following month is free of charge. The goal of the fee is commitment and activity, not generating revenue from partners.
